Around Lake Winnebago there are spots where it is completely sand & where boats gather to park & enjoy the weather. Some common areas to gather is Waverly Beach in Menasha, Stretches in Oshkosh, Sunset Cove in Fond du Lac, & plenty more!

If you are a motorsports fan this would be right up your alley. There is motorcycle, quad, & snowmobile racing on the ice during the winter.

#4 Drive Across the Lake in Your Vehicle 

WARNING: Please review ice thickness before driving your vehicle on the ice. Now you may think this is very strange & dangerous… and you are probably right. But, during the winter months it gets so cold that the lake will freeze over & people will take their vehicles out & drive straight across the lake. Link to Video
